its not special at all, rather they are run out models to get rid of stock. In affect you are buying the last of the crap before the new comes in.

isnt that what they did with the XC Cobra's? painted them up white with blue stripes to move out the old stock before the was released? look what XC's are worth now days...

I find it funny that there is a run of GT's and Pursuits out there with the 302 Cobra motor in it, even less of them than the actual Cobra's which are meant to be the limited editions...

Redbook is not a good indication. Unless Ford did a real special version like a coupe/supercharged/luxo-filled/exclusive interior/one-off paint/400kws and only made 100 of them, nothing Ford Australia produces will go up in value within the next 20 years.
