that's the plan, going to invest in surge tank, wastegate mod with 8psi actuator and maybe the 60lb inj and then the tune from Dave.

Going to load my no.2 tune in which has same boost but 2 degree less timing just to be safe for now as after I left the other night I gave it a hiding on the way home and in 2nd gear at about 4000rpm the motor just coffed, died the back again, not missing or anything? I eased home as it is just in kalynda chase and no noises, oil leaks or stinky exhaust.

Heading to Mackay tomorrow with a friend to have his new fg xr6t fitted with some gear and tuned by Dave.

that's if its not flooded! although the rain has stopped here for a moment.

Im from Innisfail and just recently purchased a 02 XR6T. im slowly modding it but I will be looking at a tune in the future some time,

what tuners have u guys used and recommend in either cairns or townsville.

- Cairns there is Leigh Holman's SVS that qik1 has had his car tuned by.

- Townsville there is TMS, Peter uses VCM software for tuning.

- Aitkenvale Auto are also in Townsville and tune with edit software but I dont know much about them.

- CPV (blueboost) in Mackay also which everyone highly recommends.

theres only really 2 tuners in cairns who will touch the XR6T's. I got mine done at Cape York Automotive on Federation St and then theres SVS.

Hey Mate im actually live at South Johnstone,

so far I have only put a secondary CAI in and a K&N panel filter.

Got a T56 gearbox at work ready to replace the T5 and a Mal Wood Opt 3 + clutch on its way up to go in also,

Looking at Just the other usually stuff like bigger injectors, change valve springs, etc

Looking at getting an exhaust for it and a few other parts at the moment.

Ill send u a pm mate so we can catch up some time
