I was not expecting the buyer to accept my offer (the place had just dropped considerably from $399,000!) but they did! The place is awesome! Old school place with so much potential! I don't think its going to hit me until I move in!!!

Just bought my first place!Finance is done, just waiting on settlement which should be complete over the next week or so!Then the money changes hand, and I get some new keys!Im a little excited, not too much. Probably change when I start moving my stuff though.Iv got a lot of work to do to, so im kinda visualising how its gonna look in a few years finished, but I probably dont realise (or wanna think about it) how much has gotta be done!Gonna have to cut funds for the ute, and start buyin house stuff... Devo!
