The bigger the power the more the chance of a lot of power lost through wheel slip on rollers.

And it's all too easy to manipulate power levels.

Basically anything over 500 is a very strong result, but go to the track to validate the result.

My black tar dyno of 138.6mph on street tyres (not MT's) will do me.

I gave up long ago on believing Dyno figures to be the truth.

I am old enough to not need a dyno sheet to bat off to at night as I'm sure you don't either.

I can't believe I'm saying this , but the results speak for themselves.

Spiro, that quite OK by me. I did that run a few years ago and it's good to now see others going further than my power levels, or mph at full weight. Stripping weight will make that task easier.

Doubt you'll try a max speed run on street tyres; I wouldn't do it again... just a tad too dangerous.

Julian, I didn't see you post at the time I post. Hub dyno is obviously the most consistent, but it's just another tuning tool.

Street tires whats that? When you can spend $100 to $1200 depending on how far you are willing to go?

ps: Last time we were having this conversation I had the Australian Record in an Auto? This time it's in a manual? This is feeling alot like de-javou my good friend..

Come down to the dyno day and we will then go to the track and see what's what..... Just go out there and be the quickest LOL it's simple..
