January 19, 201016 yr #5685 yeah ute is going awesome karl - still waiting for those pics of the hard lid though
January 19, 201016 yr #5686 Lol. There is a shameful story behind that. I ring up my supplier asking for some more pictures of the Ford hard lids and they obligingly send me an email and it reads:We have no more pictures of the Ford hardlid to provide, so heres some pictures of the Expensive Daewoo VE lid.WTF!!! It might not mean anything to them but it sure aint the same thing to me, let alone you blokes!!!Ive spoken to the people that used to have the contract for Ford lids. Looks like we'll be getting them from them. We currently are supplied by Talon and they're a great lid. What lid do you want Ace and how much do you want to spend? Flat lid, bulge lid?
January 19, 201016 yr #5687 only really looking atm karl but the missus has told me that I have to get a flat lid lol - so I really have no choice hahah - but if you can still provide a decent lid for half the price of the factory one you will be getting my business when I buy one - hopefully should have some cash around june july
January 20, 201016 yr #5688 lol...sounds like someone is under the thumb! For any of you legends living in Brisbane City, you can get free weather warnings etc. via sms/email/home phone. Can only register for your home address (which must be within brisbane city council boundaries - otherwise you have to pay for the sms/phone alerts) and the alerts are targeted to your specific area.Pretty handy to have this time of the year to avoid hail storms.Brisbane Early Warning Service - Brisbane City CouncilThis is different to the emergency warning thing the state government is advertising at the moment, that’s only for the life-threatening sh*t...not vehicle-threatening sh*t.
January 20, 201016 yr #5689 I think I might know someone who will subscribe to this thanksA decent hail blanket ain't cheap are they
January 20, 201016 yr #5690 Fark no. Made the mistake of throwing my old one out as it was a bit mouldy, didn't realise how much the bloody things cost
