yeh from what ive heard theyre more powerful. had to detune them too as they were just too powerful and blowing stuff to pieces lol. had a random dude down in geelong driving a dark red ute with ecolpi one night before a geelong cruise (not organised through here, just a cruise for anyone to go on). im like wtf howd u get one? apparently his old man is the australasian manager or some crap. he mentioned there were a few rattles. pretty obvious how they got there with how he drove flogged the poor thing! meant to run new cars in, not run them into the ground! :banghead:

so are they testing the new lpi on the FG na 6's first? see how that goes and then put that lpi technology on that new 4cyl motor they are having?

its on the i6 atm. it was a full registered car n everything. since he had it on the road no camo or anything. I thought they were already out on na i6's in showrooms =\ the ecoboost im not sure when its getting released but id say with the fg2 next yr. they go into mass production next month so my guess is feb/march release maybe?

I work for Volvo Car Australia.

They did a swap for one of our cars for a couple of days

Yip they are more powerful than the na6. It has more torque

LPi has 198kw @ 5000rpm & 409Nm

na6 has 195kw @ 6000rpm & 391Nm

probably cheaper to go JTG once you consider changeover, etc.....more power, more fun!
