    Ye I bent over the bed (not having secs I was alone) to reach something and my leg got caught on something else so essentially I bent my knee over the corner of the bed.... Backwards

    They call that hyper extension and it hurts like f*ck.

    On a separate note, updated the iPhone to iOS7 and it is so much different, like having a new phone.
