'05 BF Xr6t, 59000 kms. Only had it for 4 weeks, averaging 18L/100km around town.

Interesting enough, went on a trip and wanted to see the difference between 91 and 95...I got 11.4L/100kms (did about 530kms) from the 95 RON fuel, and 10.9L/100kms (did about 560kms) on the 91 octane. Maybe there was a difference in wind, I dont know. I still prefer filling up with 95 or 98 if I can afford it

Had my '11 FG XR6T for a week now. Averaging 9.9 around town on 95oct, avg speed of 68km/h last I checked. Getting around 600kms per tank. Pretty happy with that.

9.9 around town? Is that 99% freeway?

That was meant to be 58, not 68, apologies. Well I live in the hunter valley, not sydney. And im on night shift so the roads are mostly empty and the lights are green. Between my place and work is 70-90 zones. Like I said, just telling you what it says. Not like im trying to big note myself by fudging fuel consumption numbers.

nah that's cool mate, 58 sounds a bit more realistic. You will probably find that the number will keep slowly dropping. esp when parking or stopped at lights etc.
