After shooting for many years I find it very hard to imagine a bullet doing that.

The camera never shows his head.

The time between shot, impact and return is to long. Who know's about a 50 cal but my 300 Mag travels at over 3000ft per second...

Not to mention a 50 cal is serious hardware! If he got hit in the head I would think there would be a decent hole, even if it did bounce off the ground first.

agreed, at the absolut best it would be debris off the ground but definatly not the round.

The only way I can see it happening is if it was coming back in a high arch, that would take a lot of the speed off the round so when it hit the ground it only just bounced.

Myth busters proved that a bullet falling a terminal velocity does not have enough energy to kill, still fricken hurts thou.

I have never seen a Ricochet bullet do a 180 I think its a fake all Ricochets I have seen flick off to the right due to the rifeling of the barrel.
