26/11/13 09:09 AM26/11/13 09:09 AM #297 Aaron, thanks for that mate.Missus got @rse ended by a white van and pushed her into 2 other cars so the brakes got put on hold while the car got fixed.Anyone know if they an easy replacement in the drive with a jack and some axle stands?
26/11/13 11:30 AM26/11/13 11:30 AM #298 Yeah brakes can be done in the driveway for sure. Just have a torque wrench to suit for reassembly and a bit of patience/penetrating spray for some of the bolts that may have been in place a while. Probably loctite in there somewhere too. Oh and brake cleaner spray to get the protectant oils off the rotor. If you aren't confident though or have someone with you who knows what they are doing I would say get a pro to do it. Brakes are arguably the most important part! Edited 26/11/13 11:31 AM26/11/13 11:31 AM by -SteveR-
