It was quite hot, my car seems to lose a lot of power in the heat.. I think a lot of other cars were struggling in the heat too cos some very average times done - saw an FG gt 335 that couldn't beat 13.5seconds. I couldn't beat 13.49 seconds either (my best is 13.03 when it was a cold night) At least I beat every v8 Expensive Daewoo I raced except one that was supercharged. One guy was talking his up before we raced how it had cams and underdrives and tune and exhaust and all this crap... Chopped him man they are slow till you put a massive cam or supercharger in. Thanks to my nankang tyres I couldn't leave the line with ANY boost either.. Launched it with 2psi once and it just spun through first, through second then I hit it into third and it bogged down and went reaaaal slow. Still had a great time regardless of sh*t times run Anyway I wanted to get into the 12s stock before I mod it.
