Going to give Shannons a call, already had a go at CGU online but they were more than AAMI. Can't quote online with Shannons due to mods. Not sure they'd like a daily driver anyway.

Car is listed as business use/salesperson (closest I could find).

re: RAC. I was with them for 1200 first year I owned the car...prang after 2 weeks cost 14k (or was it 17?)!! I left them the following year...

For the record as well, 18yo driving an XR6 Turbo = 275 p/month. that's before I had my car fixed up, no idea what it's going to go up to yet.

Fark, $3300 a year to insure a car worth around 20k! That's like the old days of Famous (who remembers them??) charging me 3900 for a r33 (not so common in those days). Needless to say the car was sold on the same day I bought it after realizing wrx's are much cheaper lol

+1 for Shannons. And they do cars with business use now as well, but not for all business types.

They beat my cheapest quote when I was up for renewal this year by $100.

Im 21 and pay $900 a year with a agreed value of $25000. that's with AAMI. I have had to do a claim before when I was 19. They were fantastic. Everything was solved with in 3 days and only took a day for the money to go into my bank account.
