Moved in about 15mnths ago, wanted a house that didn't need renovating, but after 13mnths got tired of not doing anything, decided to test the market, only gonna sell if we got we wanted, Got near on what we asked, we have the option of living at my parents house till we found something, found a house in mount eliza, they accepted our offer, > wWe used century 21 real estate,

We used them to, a guy called brendon iirc, was probably close to 2 years ago. Been looking at what houses are selling for around the area and looks like we'll get a pretty good return. Average seems to be about 30% over he last 2 years.
