Legacy Donating Member 337 Member For: 19y 5m 14d Gender: Male Posted 31/12/09 08:03 AM Posted 31/12/09 08:03 AM hey guys, managed to get a set of 15x8 inch rims to fit my ba without touching the calliper, they have a 5 1/2 inch offset, im just curious now too see what tyres guys have run out there at the drags that actualy fit in the quarter panel.. mind you I have lipped my quarters.. ive been thinking of a 27x10.5 inch slick.. any suggestions? ive seen blueboost run 28x10.5, but I think they stick out passed the quarter abit.. I want it to be able to fit in the quarter when the car squats over the tyre on take off without rubbing.. cheers frank

On my Pulsar ET & in 88 on my VL turbo (Neales wheels at Greenacre), replacing the old 14s.As for rubber I remember when I put some 185 wide rubber on my XY. Now that was fat rubber, and to top it off they were the new steel belted type, instead of cross ply.Got rid of the old Dunlop Aquajets (otherwise knows as Aquasquirts)Brian
