So where are you getting yours serviced ?

I was charged $45 for oil alone on my last service..

stuff payin them $45 for oil.. they only use cheap sh*t anyways. probly basic crud like GTX-1 or something along them lines.

if you got the gear, service it yourself.. atleast you know its been done properly then!

Thanks Gaza, mine is nearly due for 30K service and now I know what to expect.

The only other bit of info that might be relevant ( Ford fellows can offer comment ), was that my car is a Novated Lease and covered under ORIX. Not sure if this has any effect on pricing.

30,000 k Service yesterday:

Passenger side fog light broken (2nd time ) ... replaced

Fog light protectors fitted (from Teritory)

Noisy/Dusty Brakes (Premium) ... TSB to be applied on Monday. Pads to be replaced, warranty. Took some convincing, but won out in the end.

Oil leak in Turbo. Turbo to be sent away (Monday) for 2-3 days for repairs/rebuild, warranty. :punchhead:

Coolant Leak. Thermostat ORing replaced, warranty.

Tyres Rotated

Engine Flush

Injector Plus

Castrol 15w40

Total: $542.00!
