Watched Fast and Furious thursday night.. Awsome movie.. A few of my mates reckon its the best one yet.. A good mix of muscle and rice with a splash of euro to spice it up.. As usual hot chicks everywhere but the 'new' girl is mind blowingly hot.. Highly recommend goin to the cinema to watch it...

If other F6's are getting around 280rwkw's stock than your exaust should be good till at least then.. As you said earlier, the engine is still fairly new and the dyno reads low. IMO wait a while till the engine opens up, save up and get a few more mods and go for a retune with the new bits... I was sorta in the same boat as you.. My T read 185rw stock after a tune it had only 227rw I wasnt happy at all as others were gettin around 250+ with just a tune.. But even though, it gained around 40rwkw and it felt awsome even though I was pissed at the figure... You have an awsome base to start modding dude it will only get better... I'd almost donate a nut for an FG F6

BMW at it again.. I remember when the X5's were first released BM decided to do a 'one off' X5 to show off what they can do.. So they put the McLaren F1 engine in an X5.. Man-Pants is spot on IMO.. But could save yourself some coin by getting the PW stage 1 or 2 cooler.. Both can handle 300rwkw's.. The stage 3 would be best suited to high 300's+ which you dont need... Keep the rest of the exhaust standard and put a big mother of a hi-flowed CAT in there.. Fuel pump for insurance, and a retune and you should be laughing mate..

My car made 184rwkw's stock.. With a K&N and tune only made 230rwkw's. You also have a hi-flow cat so that should get you more power too and its a manual.. Seems pretty pricy to me mate, what your after could be done for around $1000 from a site sponsor.. Depending on your CAT (size, brand etc...) your exhaust should now be good for 300rwkw's.. You've taken the biggest restriction in the exhaust out.. IMO get some injectors to go with the tune.. Should see around 270+rwkw's

I think the Boss motors arre fairly strong.. Alot of people are just strapping blowers on standard engins and are makeing huge numbers.. So I think you should be fine, but yeah if burnouts are what floats your boat than oil pump gears should be chucked on. Also get as much done before the tune.. Should go and sound awsome...

I'd get it tuned + flash box, can be done under $1000 injectors $400 ish fitting $100 ish, so around $500 left maybe a wog cooler, pop up around the $300 ish bracket, and get the center muff removed or fuel pump.. Should be a safe 250rwkw's if not more.. I'd leave the exhaust standard as your limiting factor to prolong the auto and you said urself you'd be happy around 250rwkw's anyway

XTB, well its only my second speeding fine I've ever gotten.. The first one I got was overturned cause I wrote a letter saying I had a good record, I was unfamiliar with the area at the time etc.. and got off... So yeah 2 more since. So I should have 8 points left now. Doc, yeah these cars make it so easy to speed its not funny, just a second of no concentration and a twitch of the foot and your over.. I've had dislocate elbow, Braces, dont underestimate it, when they tighten em feels like someone is trying to rip your teeth out for like 3 days Slipped Femeral Epifisys (spelling) on each leg which is basically my femer which locks into your hip decided it didnt like its place anymore and decided to slowly unhinge itself.. Funny thing is the pain was in my knee and took forever for the Doc to diagnose.. Spent alot of time and money going to the physio cause he though that my knee joint wasnt straight and tried to put my perfectly normal knee back into place, I was young and it brought me to tears every time... But the worst of em all was back pain.. Lifted a box wrong. Didnt feel much till I got home and them WHAM!! Im 6'3 and bending over to brush my teeth was a mission.. Happend a few years ago and lasted about 1-2 weeks and havent had any problems since (touch wood)..

Whats 380hp in rwkw's? Im guessin a tad over 300rwkw's?

Dont Plenums help achieve the same power but run less boost to get it...
