Twin 2.5", pritty sure they are only twin 2.25"! anyways agree with every one else unless upgrading to 3.5" don't do it! 3.5" dump, 3.5" cat, middle muffler removed replaced with 3.5" to diff and you sound like a boat out water but it's a free flowing zorst! that will make plenty of pwr and make you over boost and experience what limp mode feels like every time you tromp it untill you get it tuned!

not sure what you mean? how would you reinforce it. there isn't a lot of room above and below the cooler.

I havent heard of any after market diffs yet! I suppose a KAZS or KARZ (sorry for the spelling) diff would be the go! a lot of LS1 boys use them seems to be a good choice! not cheap though from what I've heard OH I KNOW PUT A FORD 9" IN IT!!! THAT WILL HANDLE ANYTHING, WITH A 4SPEED TOPLOADER!!! ha ha ha

My mate has a twin setup (not CAPA or LS1 turbo kit) going on his VX Gen3 6speed. We have been stiring him up for a while about having the slowest car (12.96@109mph). Now I think we will be eating our words, should be a monster!!! Can't wait...

I did see some one fit an 600x300x80 on here. It was mounted VL style, really low. you could fit that in! the only hastle is moving the Air Con pipe from the condenser. You would have to mount it the other way, cut as much out of the bar (not spoiler) as possible. Oh also custom IC pipe to plenum. It would be a big job, and if you dont like the thought of cutting your car up! I suggest not to do it! but if you're like me and don't care, go ahead. If any one else has any pics of this style IC plpease post, I'm interested to

Yes they are good options! But there are many other less expensive options that will get you the same results!!! hunt around before you jump into the brand names. good luck, there is plenty of info out there!

Exhaust Technology are pritty pricey (compared to some), But the quality of work that Mark produces is excellent. They use top quality products and they KNOW THEIR SH*T!!!! A lot of S.A high performance street and race cars use them!

I think you guys are looking at the small picture! There is more to worrie about than spending an extra $5 per tank in your private car! Every thing will increase, transport and manufacturing co's aren't going to cop the increase on the chin (and nor they should), they will pass on the cost ect.... Our wages aren't going to rise with these increased fuel pirces! therefor we will be worse off! As for not having anything to winge about.... ha! If we dont winge the goverment doesn't listen! So you guys can go ahead and NOT have a say, but don't critisize me or anyone else for winging about our whole living expence increasing!!! Sorry just my 2c worth

I think by the time you sell your 6 speed and buy a full built 4 speed auto and fitted it you would still be in front! There would be plenty of guys here that would be willing to swap gear!

I have a auto and really like it for what I do (tow boat, private road drags ect...)! but there deffinatley many times where I wish I could just drop the clutch or take it around mallala ( I KNOW YOU CAN TAKE THE AUTO AROUND! 'I' would just like it more in a manual). Each to their own, but if I could afford at the time of purchase I would have bought a MkII 6 speed FOR SURE!

There is a red XR6T in Adelaide, GT kit and 19" White Starcorp Impul's on it looks fat as! real race style! would look great on blue print IMO!!!

I have a 270mm x 270mm PWR trans cooler. I mounted it just in front of the drivers side front wheel. I have cut some of the wheel inner guard and fitted some mesh to stop all the rocks ect...also air dam splash guard has been modified by some gutters along the way. so there should be plenty of air flow through there. Gonna fit a small thermo fan at some stage.
