  1. Exihibit A, B, C, D,E, F, G, H But as Ralph said....maybe his powers haven't kicked in yet
  2. Why would his say "Mod" and not "Moderating Team" then???
  3. Ralph just giving him an ego boost Also MOD what do you mean oh dear in terms of using genuine plugs? thought that was the norm....
  4. Aaronm seems to suggest genuines? think the last link he put up was around $55 bux on fleabay...
  5. Interesting.....that was the 'sales pitch' of some guy on Fagbook who sells them. Makes it seem like it makes the turbo more efficient....which is a theme that most tuners seem to like I.e. making systems work better Plus don't people do like ceramic coating of dump and exhaust manifold to therefore promote better flow? Edit: "Mod" got in first (above crap was directed at keif). What I was suggesting Az was to use a beanie as well as the heat shield....double bagging if you will LOL But sounds like it will just be overkill?
  6. Different scenario for us lazys who buy platinum ones vs. copper blokes? (pretty sure Fraud said genuine should last 100 to 150,000kms?)
  7. but no room cause appartment lyf ?
  8. question for the eggspurts!! Why don't more people on here use turbo beanies??? A turbo blanket improves the performance of your turbo by keeping "the hot side hot." In keeping the exhaust gases within the turbocharger hot, turbocharger efficiency is improved. As you may not know, the hotter a gas is, the more expansive it is. Within a contained system of a specified size, the more expansive a gas is, the greater the pressure derived and thus, the greater the flow of gas to escape the containment. Therefore "promoting better flow". Would this also slightly help under bonnet temps too?
  9. yay I got something right for once lol
  10. Yours is a daily? Go check on your way home Pretty sure its doors only on mine
  11. how accurate though.....surely 5435.5 rpm was not your 'highest value'
  12. Nah bro....my cars one of the best maintained vehicles around. Every shop says I'm just being paranoid and my car = Legit though....if they found something wrong, would they have the power to revoke ones rego?
  13. I no speaka gud engrish :( sorry bout it Yeh I'll need to chat with Tocchi or someone smart regarding semi slicks.... I thought all were similar but there's soft, medium, hard compounds, then stiffness of tyre walls and all other weird factors to consider lol Best chance of power holding would be Toyo R888 I'm guessing? Or a cheapie that might be good is the Hankook Ventus RS3 ?
  14. ^^^ Dang never realised how expensive that tool was. Thought it was just a cheapie
  15. I'd be interested just to go over the pits to see if they spot anything wrong with my car lol and also.... ^^ that's not sarcastic...just good to know infos
  16. I'm gunna go out on a whim and say there probably isn't any tyre that could hold down that power (not in 1st or 2nd anyways?). Especially in a ute. You're best bet is to go 305/30/19 in the rear.....in whatever decent tyre you can get in that size? Not gunna be cheap....maybe you should get a 2nd 'sensible street power' tune
  17. Is he a business Matty? Got a link......
  18. Yeh I guess you have a point there. Suppose they might go a little easier on inspecting every little thing on your car....I've never had to go over the pits, so not sure how fussy most people are. All I know is if that was the only thing they questioned on my car, I'd be challenging them big time lol And Luke couldn't just laziness cause uneven wear and not necessarily mean there is something wrong with the car I.e. not getting regular wheel alignments and driving fast through corners..
  19. Wouldn't you just tell them to get f*cked....if its above indicators that's LEGAL and they can go EAD. Obviously you would say all that in a nice way though
  20. Think you'll have to bite the bullet and buy new tyres Phil. I bought a pair of new haidas off a gumtree business for $175 pair (supplied only)....but they are very noisy and squeal heaps when taking corners lol But I dont have to tell you that cheap second hand tyres pop up on gumtree all the time....just make sure you inspect them properly (been burnt a couple times so far).
  21. Think frequent wheel alignments and also running minimal camber will help with more even wear? But I too wear the insides out significantly faster lol roundabout FTW [emoji14]
  22. 99% sure there is definitely difference (different listings for most pod holders).Found these 2 pics from ICC removal thread from another forum.... ^^^ hope that's usuable?
  23. Maybe Keith is secretly stalling.....cause no more car anymore lol mind's blown.
  24. ^^^ those guys rape you on freight ($115 for 2 tyres) its annoying when I can get quotes for $15-20 each tyre....yet they wont let me use them cause its their 'policy'. OP....I think Marco said he got his invos from Continental Tyre shop in Malaga for around the $260 each mark? The problem with those tyres is you wont get more than 10k kms on the rear. I'm pretty happy with my Goodyear Eagle F1 Asmmetric 2's.....but they aren't the grippiest but I did get like 30,000kms+ on the rears last time (stock tune). I want to try Conti Sport Contact 5's next Good luck deciding
