Warranty Problems - Ba Xr6
Brent talk to Brad at Bob Jane, he'll tell you all about brake shudder, its an APS thing, Driving Instructors he knows at one of those defensive driving school things , told him they disconnect the APS off all cars, best way to brake is pedal pedal pedal, not pedal and ride em. know what I mean, talk to him man, he'll told me a few interestinf\g things. But hey should have got the blueprint when you could of, never had any major problems, or minor ones except for that little prang. BUt you can't get rid of it, I need your car for my wedding. Oh and just remember what will you trade it for, all cars have their problems and I mean ALL of em......

Roll Call
As you have probably guessed as per NIZPRO thread I am N/A all the way. Isn't it funny how Marcus Ambrose used to own an N/A and believed it was one of the best cars he ever owned, and I guess he would know, considering what he drives for a living. Oh and it was Blueprint.

Lost My Licence
Just a quick question, If I recollected my side of the story and so does a police officer, Isn't it a case of dafermation/defermation... for calling me a liar if I in fact am telling the truth, and the Police change their recollection. After all his memory is made up of the same brain matter as mine.... so why should anyones word be taken as truthful without PROOF, I.e a radar read out and ticket, not estimations, afterall, there is lots of revenue to be made by such exaggerated estimations of motorists speeds, and if a policemans word is more truthful than that of anyone else in the public, then how is it JUSTICE within a democratic society. Especially when on the otherhand a Pervert who molesters a child can get off if cops don't have proof, and theie word isn't enough in those situations, doesn't this sort of contradiction make a mockery of the Justice System to a certain extent. Just a question please do not take it personally dude???

Lost My Licence
WHOOPS my mistake thought the guy who got off with a verbal serving said he was in the ARMY RESERVE, NOT YOU. that's why I said he should talk too you, but it is you my mistake, OH and I did mean what I said about KAPOOKA, it is a holiday these days, but still good for young dudes, they learn just how small their doodle is compared to the others. Once again sorry TUFF, I actually agree with you dude. it was a stuff up on my account. I was aiming that at the dude who did a wheel spin and thought he was hard done by, I was comparing him to you. See he got a verbal you have too pay see what I was getting at now... soz buddy.

Lost My Licence
Plonky said it best when he acknowledged the overall road rule infringments that happen every 50 meters or so now, drivers are getting worse, in my opinion, someone who changes lanes without indicating while travelling 80Km/hr in a 110 zone into the right lane where someone is travelling 110 (the speed limit), then that is much more dangerous than someone doing 125 km/hr in a 110 zone. But as for the dude in the Army Reserves, mate if you think you are hard done by, then take the fine off XRtuff and be happy with that after you get the apology from the cop, that apparently gave you a bit. Like plonky said, that is a better approach then stuffing peoples lives up financially, when times are tough for most already. sh*t I'd be over the moon just to get a yelling. Hey and I too have been through Kapooka, and it is way easier now then it used to be, you think that's tough, ask a WO, just how bad the yelling used to be, so in retrospec it is a holiday in Kapooka now compared to the real days of old. And listen to plonky would ya, don't argue with him, hes one of the few cops who actually sees and understands why the public are frustrated, hes not saying what he said to be a martyr for the Police force, hes simply telling you "You were really lucky" be happy with that, sh*t I would hate to go to war with you as my neighbour in the jungle, yoiu think that cop can speak out of line, you ain't heard nothing till you hear me cursing your ass for nearly getting me killed. Grow a pair quick smart dude, the indonesians are coming.

More Car Haters.....national 80kmh Speedlimit.
Exactly the ammo the politians want to enforce yet anoither rule to raise revenue, knowing dam well people who once never sped, will now also break this new limit. Good onya Howard and friends and state brothers, nice to know more handouts to dole bludgers and illegal immigrants is taken tax money out of the kitty, so revenue needs to come from ONCE AGAIN, motorists. I bet Plonky would add some intellect to what I am trying to say, after all he enlightened me once before on the pressure Governments put on Police forces to raise revenue.

Ford Mods
Considering the realationship FORD has with herrod though, would it be true to say they wouldn't risk harming that realationship due to warranty issues coming from a herrod mod, especially coz Ford use alot of Herrod uftermarket mods for alot of sales to customers a dealrships, when requested.

XR6 Turbo Insurance: Premiums, Insurers & Advice
I agree that stats show certain races are more likely to cause accidents too. I witness it everyday many times in fact. And yet their premiums are they same as any 30 , 29 38 year old, BUT like I said from the inside they base it on risk factors, and age brackets are the one discrimitory they can get away with, because everybody is of an age group, where as Asians are Asians Aussies are Aussies and Dutch are Dutch so on & so on, so race stats would be narrowing it down to a racial discrimination. Don't get me wrong, I ain't against the arguement as such, but if Insurance companies insured every young one for a $50000 car and they keep writing it off, then everyone would either pay higher and higher premiums or we wouldn't have insurance at all, any damage would be out of your hip pocket...know what I mean. Like I said I am young too, and I witness the crazy attitudes of young drivers, I don't agree any young one in this forum is innoccent, I know I am a lead foot, and I had dramas insuring my XR6 n/a.Now I am over 25 though its only 600 bucks a year with AAMI.

Images Of Iraqi Occupation
BUT how can anyone say and IRAQI citizen is in the wrong place at the wrong time, its their Country. Yes they have a horrific History, but it is not the USA, and if anyone is in the wrong place, its the yanks, Considering they said they were going there to Kill Saddam, now they have him, and Iraqi Kids are still losing their parents, Sorry I was in the Aussie Army and met plenty of US soldiers, and I can tell you the Yanks are just outright Big headed Thugs, who believe they own the world.

XR6 Turbo Insurance: Premiums, Insurers & Advice
If I may add, my father was in the insurance game for years, they have these discriminations against ages groups based on STATISTICS, and the fact that a 20 year old is more likely to crash and write off $45000, so if I were an insurance manager I would tend to agree, I am 25 and still have a lead foot, I know exactly how us young guys preach we aren't like that but, that would be a load of sh*t, otherwise you would ahve got a BARINA, Hyundai Excel or something tiny............ Know what I mean. And Turbodewd is right they need to make money to satisfy their shareholders.
