Hey Rockantansky, im organising a cruise from Chirnside going into the Yarra Valley and taking the back roads to Ringwood and stopping off at the Yarra Glen pub if your interested ? Theres a thread about it in the Vic section.

First time its ever happened to me, scared the crap outta me !! Haha

Had a bit of a 'holy sh**' moment today. Was driving just up a hill normally at 80 kms and hear a loud bang. There was load on the car because of the hill but nothing spirited. Instantly thought oh sh*t, gearbox ! But then noticed it was still shifting gears fine, just the car had no guts anymore. Pull over to the side of the road and open the bonnet to see the pipe off the throttle body about 4 inches from where it should be. Lucky had a screw driver in the car, now back to normal.

Have to do it again another time then ay . Lookin forward to it.

Ok guys, trying to organise what route people would prefer to take. Got 2 options. 1) Start at Bunnings in Croydon, travel up maroonday hwy to Yarra Glen and have a feed, go out the back through Christmas Hills and Kangaroo Ground and back through Warrandyte to Ringwood and part from there. OR; 2) Start at Bunings in Croydon, travel up maroonday hwy then onto Warburton hwy to Yarra Valley for a feed and back through Silvan down back onto Canterbury road. Whats peoples opinions ?

Yup, thursday is the 8th. Hopefully the weather will get a bit better between now and then. Also if possible let me know if you're bringing friends, gf's with you so I've got a got idea of numbers for a feed.

Ok so difference is boost coming on hard as to coming on easy. Bet it feels a whole lot different, and with decent tyres would go quicker to . But on the street with crappy roads, and crappy tyres there wouldn't be much difference would there ? Cos the hard tune would just spin the wheels ?

Mark, whats the difference between a 360 and 380 tune ? What torque are you making for the two ? Just I'm considering going further with mine however I wouldn't have thought 365 and 385 would make a huge difference :s.

Righto well the current date is the 17th of November. Ant, bring your son no problems. Will def not have an issue getting a feed and he's more than welcome on the cruise. I will start a seperate thread in the Vic section however atm, meeting around ringwood or croydon, driving (one way or the other) to the dandenongs or a pub/restaurant in the yarra valley and then heading on home again on a different or similar route. Good to see there are a couple already up for it. And as said, wifes, sons, daughters, girlfriends etc are all welcome. Hopefully be a meet and greet sorta night with some beers, light heartedness and some driving in there (and pics) . PS: From what I've gathered from the last ten pages of reading, Henz and Stainless, your welcome too . Jk.
