I think it about time people be responable for there own actions being a parent myself ..my kids already know at 11,10 and 7 they are to do advance training coarse before they get behind the wheel ..and I as a parent will be forking out the money for them to do this ..not the goverment ..this may not protect my kids from any accidence but maybe prevent them being killed or injured remember as jteale said ,drivers are the ones to blame not the manufacturers ...
