  1. Oh. And a 2010 Toyota Landcruiser V8 ute.
  2. From 16 years old to 41 in order. 1980 CM Chrysler Valiant 245 auto. Changed it to 265 and LPG with higher compression and Heatseeker Stage 3 cam. Early 90s, so one of the first people to try LPG as a performance fuel, despite the naysayers who are all for it now. Good cheap performance. 2 spare 1980 CMs down the paddock for spares. 1974 VJ Chrysler Valiant Charger R/T 265 HEMI 6 Pack 4 speed manual. E49 spec engine and tight lsd. Used to spin through 1st and 2nd and chirp into 3rd with 235 rears. It was a show car too, so it looked nice. Hell of a car for a teenager. I kept it until I did the Nizpro Stage 2 to the XR as the Charger was a lot faster. 1974 VJ Chrysler Valiant Charger 265 auto. 1988 Expensive Daewoo Astra 1.8. Previous owner did the suspension set up on it. Beautiful. Best time from Byng street in Orange to Big W in Dubbo was 49 minutes. No power, but it handled. 1999 Ford Falcon AU auto. 2003 BA Turbo auto 2007 Mitsubishi Lancer Velocity 2.4 Auto.
  3. Toyed with these on and off since the 80's.Work got in the way for about 15 years. Let's see, Kyosho Gallop, PB Mustang Xi2, a pair of Team Losi XX, a couple of Team Associated RC10 B4, RC18T,TC4, Tamiya Frog and a DuraTrax RC10T replica for the step-kid. I got to go away to race a few times as my mate who helps with the XR6T is buddies with Matt Griffin, who has many National titles as some of you may know. Top bloke and very modest for someone who is so good at his craft. Also got to race other cars supplied by magazines and hobby shops as my mate did testing for that as well, such as XRay Touring cars, RC8, B44, (beautiful car) and a few duds too. Just not enough money and time to go around all of the hobbies and stay married. Good fun though.
  4. I agree with Ralph. I got a lift in the Nizpro ute years ago when it had just been finished. This looks like it. It had a Nizpro Stage 3 kit in it at the time. I'm looking at the rear camber on both sides to see if it looks like the independent rear. What does everyone else see? Is it slightly negative on both sides? If so, grab a bargain!!! It has the same wheels, brakes, gearbox and engine as the old Nizpro ute. Huge coincidence if it isn't it. Somebody may be about to strike gold.
  5. Older model Mustang. It was the new Mustang in 2011 when the article was written.
  6. Thanks for clearing that up for me. The dyno sheet did have DynoLogic written on it. I can see why your customers are such fans. Thanks.
  7. Oops! Quite right Ratter. I remember Simon didn't use a Dyno Dynamics. But you are right. Am I right thinking Simon had something to do with the design of the dyno he uses? It was a long time ago when I used to go there. 2006 to 2010. Thanks.
  8. I've got one of the original Tube and Fin Coolers from Nizpro. They came in the BA Nizpro Stage 2 Kits. Mine made 330rwkw at 14psi on the Nizpro Mainline Dyno. Their Stage 3 kit used the same cooler and made around the power that you are looking for. I found that the Tube and Fin cooler kept engine temps lower than the later Bar and Plate which Nizpro are using now. All the Nizpro intercoolers are great, so there is nothing wrong with the one that you have got.
  9. Kosij. The GT cop car was in town a few months ago. Was lined up with the other Typhoons and SS cop cars in Cobra Street during the last blitz. I wasn't expecting to see it this far away from Sydney. I wonder if it was trailered or driven here with the rest that week?
  10. That's right xr6t ute. Real criminals are too hard to catch. Too much paperwork and no easy money for the Gov. Just keep hammering the motorist for any income that the taxes haven't already taken. We have a drug house 2 doors from us. Many people, including us have spoken to the cops about it and every time, the response is the same. "I've never heard of it before." Strange. As most people in town know of it. Laziness and greed. It's everywhere.
  11. What happened to your knee to start the problems Ralphie? Injury, accident etc. Some mates have had reconstructions, all from getting off bikes before they have stopped. (crashes)
  12. 327rwkw and 2 weeks had lathed my bands and drums to a nice metallic paste in the bottom of the box. Beefy Box before Beefy Engine if I could do it all again.
  13. Kosij would have also seen the one in town with badges of Cobras, Mustangs and Falcons as well as the LED rubbish, all on the same car. Must be an ex-Late model camira driver.
  14. Quit right. A zero short. Thanks for that. Too bloody useless to make it all the way to three zeros. Slack effort from me. Lucky I don't need to ring for an emergency. (Can't count 3 zeros.) Ralph will smile when he sees this. Bloody embarrassing.
