  1. Dont discount the 6spd auto they are an excellent box. Just decide which you want and stick with that.
  2. Have you read the forums about modding your vehicle before modding?
  3. Have you removed the rubber seal from bonnet so cold air can go to the scoop? I hope you looked at the bonnet and saw how it had been made for the scoop where it was.
  4. This is the Torque Clamp 700ftlb with organic plates. As opposed to Stainless's one that is the cerametallic plates and I think 900ftlb on his. Just been out today and put 400km on it, nice and drivable. Can slip it just that little bit to take off as normal, and holds the torque no worries so far (flat throttle in 4th and 5th). Costs a lot. Peddle is heavier than standard but nothing that concerns me, still would happily drive it in traffic. And as they state it is noisy when clutch is in and plates rattle around, quiet as when released though. I also have found the Malwood shifter to be very nice to drive with. And can recommend Transmax Z for the manual since I finally managed to get some. The stuff is almost gold in NZ, found a custom car guy selling it but not really anywhere else. Not even supercheap.
  5. Good day today, clutch fitted, malwood shifter fitted, braided lines all fitted. And it drives without slipping now, hooorahhh.
  6. Since having it on the hoist today, ive decided its too low for NZ as there is some really bad underbody damage.
  7. It has begun, got all the parts together today, packed up the ute, Now its sitting the night out in the shed on the hoist ready for the clutch change in the morning, or midday depends when I get up.
  8. It may bolt in may not, there was a slight change at some point through the B series. Pretty sure shocks will be same, probably just different springs, youd be better off getting some decent shocks, Koni, Bilstien.

    Help!

3 inch seems a bit small. And for full exhaust tune is required, you will be getting limp mode as the boost will be out of control.
  10. 250NZD. brought em off tardme. Ive had my bleeder for years, brake fluid was repco. I need to go to track and really lay into it but from 100 it seems to have fix a shudder issue that was ABS related.
  11. ^^^^^^^^^^^^ Nice. As for the click sound your talking about from possibly the front right. I'd look at the stainless spring plates that are in your front calipers to hold the brake pad still. If they lose there spring the pad can shift when braking etc and make the noise you may be asking about.
  12. Just been out in the nice 5 degree weather and put this, with this, and had to make sure it worked with this, and I'm pleased with the result, much better braking and feel.
  13. I wouldnt expect any issues, like you said you could vent the stock one. How is that any different to changing it to one that vents to atmo or recircs.
  14. With your skill level for figuring this out you may be better paying someone to do it for you.
  15. Have you checked fuses first.
  16. Atomic do a stud or bolt kit with locks so they don't undo. Otherwise you can always drill bolt heads and lockwire them.
  17. believe the nut end is 1.25 and as above 1.5 for the manifold side. Can use bolts M10X1.5X25mm.
  18. This is a 40mm drop in the front and 60mm in the rear. Front King Springs KFFL-57SSL Rear Leafs reset.
  19. Those things do make some nice coffee. Ive got my grinder and maker, pity everytime I buy one at a shop it just seems average now. Takes time to get settings right to make a good coffee though. I manage to control myself and have no more than 2 a day. Even managed to get bean machine at work but its still no match. And SDP I know what ya mean about that clockwork, its quite handy for timing a poo during the day.
  20. You need 2 keys to program a new key. And when programming remotes once in program mode you have to teach it every remote again so all keys must be pressed in that case. That is so if you misplace/lose one you can simply put the car into the remote learning mode and it will forget all of them, then you reprogram the ones you still have and it makes the lost one useless.
  21. Was just looking through my BF shop manual and came across a statement that says the bulb isnt replacable and that the whole PATS must be replaced. Nice way for ford to trick people into blowing money when it can be replaced.
  22. Nice mate, I had found the other procedures you mention that also didn't work for me but this one has. BF2 xr6t. Cheers.
  23. Yea they are very smart boxes. They try to learn your driving style and all. Still get it serviced though.
  24. Pretty sure its normal as the gearbox is expecting you to continue running that gear out from your little squirt, so it holds the gear for a bit and then thinks your soft for not keeping your foot up it and decides to hook the next gear.
  25. Spent money on parts. Now to wait for them to arrive.
