thanx for all the replies...I must admit, I may have miscommunicated my intial concerns... I raised the question in regards to the Aesthetic point of view (appearance), although, it is good to hear this does not affect the AM/FM signal. IMO, the BA looks like a complete package and I would be trying to get the flat black aerial above the rear view mirror... thanks again! crisso

All, what wheel selection has everyone gone for? If you stuck with the std 17's, are you happy? What do ppl think of the std 18's? Has anyone gone for an aftermarket set of 17's or 18's? any pics ??? any future plans ??? cheers crisso

Might be an obvious call, but no one has mentioned it... do you guys regularly rotate your tyres? I have found some retailers will rotate every 5000k's for free if you spend the initial cash at their store... crisso

After reading thru those posts, it would seem logical to ditch the sunny and grab the brakes instead... can you buy the genuine Ford 18's aftermarket? I know Expensive Daewoo were not allowing this to be achieveable for the Monaros...I can check anyway. colour...yeah, good point re: the cleaning...now we have *beep* around with the water restrictions, any dark colour may prove difficult to keep clean. Morning all, I have to keep pinching myself...am I really here? A website devoted to, what was once, my worst enemy...FORDS! Long story short, I've always been a Late model camira man until the BA arrived. A mate of mine purchased an XR6 [CITRIC] and I fell in love. Been thinking about upgrading my 99 VTII SS, but what with? I have taken everything for a test drive and I have finally found a winner, you guessed it, an XR6T. I will be placing my order this week...so, help a guy out, congratulate me...oh, and any of you have any tips, things you would have done differently, let me know...my order will look like the following, so yell at me and call me an idiot if I am making a mistake on anything...
