  1. Tell him he's dreaming. Have a look at the quarter mile trap speeds for both cars. That will give you a better indication of how close they are nearing the 200kph mark. Benny
  2. Yeah your right there. Great cars and best bang for buck. Benny

    G&D Built Fg Ute

Nice work Wingnut. Get stuck into it. Benny
  4. Glad to hear the blue monster is finally back on the road. Haha 50% power at 330rwkw, I was lucky to reach that much, lol. Benny
  5. Oh and it's got so much more potential ready to be unleashed. Benny
  6. If going to gas has the potential to swing some more ladies like above then I might just have to look into getting it fitted. Benny
  7. Sounds to me like you have a non factory fitted system. Mine was fitted in the factory and is fully integrated into the ICC. You should have a display come up on the ICC with bars that show how close you are getting to an obstruction behind. Audio should also mute.Sounds like you need to have a talk to them and ask why it wasn't fitted from factory. Benny
  8. This is all completely normal and designed to reduce torque on shifts to protect the gearbox. Not really sure how it works, spark retard or fuel cut. Sounds great in my opinion and is even louder with more power. Benny
  9. What's the go with the N/A air intake? Nice results. Have you got pics of all the things you made? Benny
  10. This doesn't answer your question but have you considered leaving your standard pump and have it pump into a Process West anti surge tank with Bosch 044? Great looking product and very effective. Benny
  11. I would say 255/35/19. Benny
  12. Great posts Smackers. Thanks. Benny
  13. Where did you get the RE11's? They are suppose to be an amazing tyre. What was the cost?Benny
  14. I've researched these before and it would be great to have something like this. A person I spoke to in the past had one in an FG I believe and he said that not all functions would work correctly. Can't remember what functions would not work though. Would be great hear more detail from someone with one. Benny
  15. You may have been driving hard enough to get the temp right up then. Can always look at fitting an oil cooler. Will be good for the summer months. Benny
  16. Yes there is an oil temp sensor. Hmm if it was at night and it wasn't very hot then I wouldn't expect it to come on unless your were driving the absolute wheels off it. Can't imagine it being the synthetic oil causing it to come on. How many k's have you got on the car now? Probably just need to keep and eye on it. Benny
  17. It's not uncommon for the light to come on when it's a hot day and your pushing real hard. Usually happens at the track in the XR6T's. I have an oil cooler (heat exchanger) which has prevented mine from coming on at the track so far. Benny
  18. Happy Birthday P@. Only 25 geez so young. I'm 29 in 10 days and feeling old haha. Have a good one mate. Benny
  19. So many tyres to choose from in 18's your lucky. If you want the best performance at any cost and tread wear then I'd go the Yokohama AD08. Something a lot cheaper and nearly as good is the Kuhmo KU36. If you want a serious tyre that lasts a little longer but at any cost then the Pirelli Pzero (not Rosso or Nero) or the Michelin PS2. If you want good performance and a little cheaper than the the others then the Goodyear Asymmetrical are the go. Out of all that in 18 I'd choose the KU36. Benny

    405Kw Fg Xr6T

Geez Kice that car must be going now. Benny
  21. Your tuner should have tuned out the second O2 sensor after the cat to stop it from sending a faulty cat code to the ecu. Talk to him and ask if he has. It may be another issue causing the light if he has. Benny
  22. Nice results LT. How was the wheel spin? Did you get good traction? Also what tyres were you running? Benny
  23. Rhino, The Nizpro squirters are about $700 and a straight swap. Regards, Benny
  24. Rhino, Everyone has there preferences for injectors and I can't comment on which one is the best as I'm not a tuner but I have Nizpro modified injectors and they are great. No problems with idle and Jim at Tunehouse says they are great to tune with. Benny.
  25. If you want more than approx 280rwkws then a larger injector is required. Al@n, As for getting 320rwkw with my above listed mods it will depend on the dyno really. If the dyno reads low then 310 may be it if it reads high then maybe a little more. Your car may well make 320 on other dynos. Can't really compare between different dynos. I'll be getting a dump pipe, cat and intercooler fitted with another tune Monday so I'll post up my results latter in the week. Benny
