the old boy has only got about 300km's on his so he wont let me give it too much till its run in but from what ive read turning the traction controll off will let you have a bit of fun cant wait to try it see what happens unlike previous incarnations of traction controll this doesent seem to be to obtrusive and allows some fun spirited driving
  22. bluute replied to BLN68U's topic in G6E Turbo
yeh true the option would be good
  23. bluute replied to BLN68U's topic in G6E Turbo
g'day just thought id chime in my old man picked up his G6ET a couple of weeks ago and I have to say its an awesome and you can definately feel the power its optioned with the 10 spoke 19"s and is dark metalic grey (not sre of the colour name) with some nice black tint its got a definate bmw/audi feel and look about it (will post a couple of pics soon) as far as the LSD issue goes id have to say that this is not a sport model it is the refined model and as such most of the buyers of it wont be overly concearned about the ammount of drift the can get around the corner and im sure they dont want the thing hooking sideways taking off from the lights with a caravan on the back this is why ford builds the XR's and F6's cheers
  24. g,day I gots me a 03' turbo in blueprint, lowered, hard cover, 20" advanti rims, new intercooler, F6 CAI, FRAM pannel filter CAPA flash tuner and exhaust in the pipeline nothing to outrageous just a sweet daily driver
  25. also if it is of any help I have since fitted 20" rims to the ute and they went on no probs with no guard rolling required so if your going to upgrade rim size you should be sweet
