I went through a similar thing when I bought my ps3 from them...ordered and paid for 4 games and was told a week....over here in the west each hn is run independantly so they wouldnt do store transfer...sfter the third week I told them that I may or may not have made a formal complaint and hey presto store transfer and I refused to pick it up after running around for it so much and they delivered it to my door with a $50 gift card...most ppl wont complain or stand up for themselves so they get away with it...but if you follow the right avenues they try their best to shut you up..
