keep tryin to get hold of the manager and discuss it politely with them and explain what happened and ask what they offer in exchange for not honouring thier commitment.... then if they wont play ball dont say anything and ring the accc and let them know what happened.....but you MUST BE POLITE even if I am wrong I wont tolerate someone being rude to me and will in turn treat them how they treat myself....so if your polite and understaqnding and not stand offish or aggressive im sure you will come to a happy agreement... hope that helps mate

and ppl ask why I use vcm suite....feel for all of you as you arent getting the advertised features and more so now have the choice of using the actual unit itself very nearly taken away also.....I wouldnt be happy or able to control my self *shakes fists* im a big believer in free choice and being told all the facts before handing over hard earnt and when I have handed over said hard earnt...I totally expect to get what I pay for..no more and no less...... bad business indeed but ppl not using their product anymore will be the best way to get the point across but sadly it is such good gear that I can see this being forgotten about again in a few months (well at least not such a raw nerve anyhow....)
