  2. Yes that is correct.
  3. put them on the back , smoke em up and buy two new ones.
  4. I think I used a socket and I think it is 27mm or bigger.
  5. I think you better add some nizpro cv joints to your list and may be some upgraded ceramic clutch plates. I work at metlabs and one of the boys there has been showing me the build up of your car. arron
  6. Nice wheels, but it sure made the brakes look like they are off a hyundia XL
  7. You obviosly havnt driven one.
  8. True Iam making over 300 kw with a std cat back system with no centre muffler. You just need a good cat,( but while your there you may as well fit a new dump pipe as well, because you know your only going to do it later ,,,Arron

brembo need a straight fitting on the caliper end and make them 480mm long total lenght. I have just done mine. Maybe call matt at sydney race brakes. Arron
  11. My self as well, ford has just put new half shafts diff bush and new LSD centre with all driveline backlash at a minimum. And the bad news is it is no better than before they started. It knocks hard on and off the throttle. Has anyone else had this problem and had it sorted out. Iam getting a bit tired of taking my car back to ford. I think they are going to get a ford special technician to have a look at it. I will post with my outcome.
  12. I took all day as well, but really it should take 2 - 2.5 hrs. I suggest fitting the pipe up first and then cut the rad support( I used a hack saw) you might not have to cut as much off as you think. The trick is to install every thing loose and then tighten it up. why dont you try fitting it yourself?
  13. He is correct . You need to sort it out or it will get worse. Is it still under warranty?
  14. Stop teasing him , there is no screw to hold the front disc to the hub. There is provision for it on the rear but it is not used.
  15. Call matt at race brakes sydney, he will be able to help you.
  16. It all depends on mods you plan to do in the future.
  17. I put premium on my sons XR6 and that is normal amount of movement. The disc is only help in place fully when the wheel is on. sometimes the front swaybar can make a knocking noise.
  18. are you serious or is this a joke. If not while you move the disc have a look at the caliper and see how much it is moving ( do you have brembo). then do up 2 x wheelnuts with wheel off and then try to move the disc.
  19. I was thinking about coming on the cruise.Do I have to be a member of a club or can I just tag along. Arron
  20. yes it will give the pads a nice flat surface to bed in to. I had mine machined because it had a large lip. They start 32mm thick when new and min is 30mm. my car had done 30k and after machining they were 30.5mm

why didnt they replace it under warranty and did you get a metal internal cat because with ceramic it could possibly do the same thing again.
  22. Part no for front pads is 7599
