WTF, that's $2000 bucks under the list price for an SS, and about the same price as the runout SSZ, or you could order the newly powered up SS, 260kw L76, Motors times with a V Box, 5.6 0-100 and 13.8 400m, I do beleive that's on par with the fastest HSV theve tested, witch was a 297 Coupe. I just dont get how the guys that have just been told. "nah they wont put the 6.0 in the VZ's mate, safe as houses, HSV only!!!", what a crock.

I actually cant believe that this conversation is even taking place, let alone 3 pages of it, I love the BA BF Falcon, its definately the best car Ford Australia has ever built, and yes its a first class car for the market it is in, BUT, like Dallas says, its a whole host of other stuff that makes ownership of a car like a Bimmer a great experiance, like the loan car and"oh they all do that" sort of stuff, it just dosent happen, also apples and apples, ie stock versus stock, the Bimmer will kill a T, Phoon, GT or any other Falcon you would like to throw at it. End of rant!

All depends on how Handy you are with da spanners and stuff, mates always, well nearly always help, and now with the Forums you can also draw on that experiance. Really dont think it would be a huge problem, hooking it all up like Falchoon said that would be where the work lies. Had a mate who fitted an Alloy Head II of an XF onto a XC block and fitted it into an XY Sedan with a Single Rail and ran the XE Webber carby set on it, did it all with Ford parts, no cutting and shutting, and it went like stink, it was a freak, him and myself at 120 MPH side by side, nothin in it, aahhh, the good old days.

Ari Vatanen, the guy is a Rally GOD, the car is a Group B rally car with close to 600 hp and Two wheel drive, as if it wasnt already amazing enough.
