Valve springs?

Going to replace valve springs in my bf so we can turn it up a bit 

Looking at plasmaman are these good ?

Crow is the only way to go.

 

Many threads on it, and speak to any tuner. That's what they recommend

plazmaman have a new spring that's replaced a generic version about 8 months ago now and they’re really good , Atomic do different spec springs also that are brilliant 

 

Crows are good but also have rocker to retainer clearance touch issues that’s well documented

The issue sometimes occurs, and it's only when you use crow retainers.  

 

I have that setup.  No issues in my car.

Yep perfect .

 

Yes 1809 with stock retainers. 

 

Crow retainers are thicker and have a 1mm off set.  

 

Installed height and seat pressure is the same with 1809 stock or crow retainers

Also have a look at vpw.com.au if you are going for the Crows. I got mine for $289 delivered to Perth.

The current Plazmaman valve springs can handle 23psi and 500rwkw without any issues at all
