Thanks again for all your patient in try to help me with it.

 

I have tried this procedure as you told me but there was no difference. I'm suspecting an injection module (ECU) because the problem happens intermittently and the car works very well at high and low rpm when riding. I'm going to test a friend's car ECU module to try to make sure that's it.

Yeah found out the problem, threw 12v down a 5v line, new ECU installed and reprogrammed to the car and all is well now. Complete rookie move🤣🤣
