your going to soak up that 8k easily if you change turbos again later in the year and remove/refit new piping etc. dont waste your cash doing it that way.

Do it once do it right. I did mine in two stages. Should have done it once, but the need to have more power can be overwhelming.

But when you get the itch its very hard not to scratch it.

Don't do it in "stages" its horse sh*t, Set your goal and do it all at once

Its not dynomotive.... 

Turbo was rebuilt today should go back on tomorrow with new fuel system

10-15KW between dynos is nothing, but IMO, that AFR looks a little lean for 98 if its indeed running 15+ psi
