Wherever I saw this recently they also said dealers were planning to sell them at like $6k to $8k over the RRP.

And yeah the wheels are painted versions of the 50th anniversary G6E or something.

Edit - wait it must be a Brembo equipped car.  GT 5th anniversary maybe.

So no rear spoilers? Mmmmmmmmgood.

Also unsurprised the XR6 is more than a stock XR8, wheels are so-so, and I'd opt for a no sticker job.

Just one Nm difference means the XR6'll monster the heavier XR8, though the 8'll be cheaper to increase in power...

I think it's great that they've upped the power, torque and grip (9" rears with 275's) for the final turbo 6. Should make for a pretty quick stock car, especially given they're ZF only.

Be interesting to see what times the mags can pull from them, being they usually lost traction due to the relatively narrow tyres on the turbos.

Back in 2008 these wheels first featured on the 5th Anniversary FPV GT and after that they were also fitted to the 5L GT-E.

Another parts bin special by the look of it.
