When I checked the oil in the engine it was fine no traces of water does anyone no the problem any help would be great cheers

It might be the start of the transmission oil mixing with the coolant. Do a search on Milkshake in fg falcons. Also is it a 06 bf or FG ? If your suss I would walk, as there are heaps of XR6T's around.

It looks like the transmission cooler (mounted on the side of your radiator) has blown allowing the transmission oil to mix with the coolant. Can be a costly repair indeed...
