Is it as simple as getting a retune on 98 and then plugging the sct in and changing fuel when I want to change fuel? Or will I need to change plugs etc everytime I switch between tunes.

He drove it for a while wondering why it ran like balls until he realised. Drained it and ran it back on e85 and it still wasnt like how it used to be. Got new plugs and it was fine. Who knows though.

Plenty of people with barras who swap between 98 and e85 tunes around and only concern is not having your 98 tune too lean so that if you have some e85 still in the tank when you top up with 98 it doesn't lean out 2

Car loves E70-E85 and a bit of 98 left in the tank initially is tolerated in the tune. Just stop at Servo. Flash the E85 tune in while filling up to save time.From E85 back to 98, not so easy. Try and run the tank as low as possible, before filling back up with 98. Mine would takes quite a few goes at starting and needed a feathered throttle to keep idle revs up to prevent stalling. After the first 5-10km drive would be ok. 2
