You can never have enough details and pics in a quality build like yours Peppy! Thanks for sharing Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/88860-peppys-build-thread/page/19/#findComment-1540746 Share on other sites

My neighbour just finished doing a full resto on his XB 4 door GT and it's beautiful.. I don't think I'm on AFF but I'll definitely have to check it outAlright, now I'm going to share my list, I have kept track of all the modifications I have done, in order of when they got done, most prices are rounded to the closest $10 and from memory they are pretty accurate, a lot of stuff especially for the engine are trade prices through dads contacts and my own..I already know the final figure, so calculate it for yourself but please DONT post it up ..I never dreamed that I would spend this kind of money on it, if I did I probably would of stayed at 350ish rwkw, fun reliable, and still chop most cars around..Yes there are cheaper parts around, if it seems expensive it's probably because I needed it urgently.. Everything I bought was brand new except the fuel tank, fuel rail and my old fuel reg...Most questions you may have about what I did and why should be answered in my first couple of posts in this thread, so go back and have a read before askingEnjoy$608 DBA T3 rotors and Bendix ultimate pads$468 Innovate motorsports oil pressure, LC1 AFR, boost gauges$145 3 gauge holder$795 X3 + generic tune$219 Walbro 400$380 E-Boost street$230 generic email tune$330 injectors$2300 PW 2.2 cooler + hot side$205 Turbosmart BOV$180 turbosmart 12psi IWG$1045 full x-force exhaust$733 PWR heat exchanger$1040 GT 335 replica wheels (eBay Special)$260 king springs$340 genuine coils$1500 gtx supercore$80 wastegate flap$99 turbo oil feed$398 valve springs/retainers crow race kit$1100 PW battery relocation/Race airbox$250 ceramic coating dump, turbo housing, ex manifold$400 x-spurt 1000cc injectors (new but bought off a friend)$200 034motorsport fuel regulator and gauge$250 whiteline front swaybar$650 Superpro bushes (complete)$500 flex Fuel sensor kit$2000 Brembos$910 rotors/fluid/pads$250 braided brake lines$260 catch can$1435 KPM fuel module$150 FG fuel tank (wreckers) $950 Koni Adjustable shocks$300 Walbro 460 pumps$300 PW fuel rail Reg (2nd hand)$150 fuel lines and fittings$400 FG manifoldManley Rods $750Mahle Pistons $1050Engine Bearings $350Studs $570Oil pump gears $660Underdrive $350Girdle $413Valves $730Valve locks $150Gasket kit $320Timing chain/guide/lifters (Nason) $290nitride crank, power hone, grind crank $840Niz Exhaust $1800Coolant res/welsh plugs/water pump $150Sonax Zip Kit (Gbox) $235Atomic Flex plate $550Fuel lines/fittings $500Holley Fuel reg, gauge $235machining/balancing/gasket/cut seats $1290Engine mounts/ tail shaft coupling $550Hard Block fill $150Still to pay for, (educated guess, pricing for budget purposes)Ceramic Coating $870GearboxInput shaft $2000Alloy Gbox pan $850Clutches $900Rebuild kit $300KPM 1500cc $900Thermostat $20Battery$200Coolant $30Engine run in oil $100 3 Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/88860-peppys-build-thread/page/19/#findComment-1540754 Share on other sites
