I'm also interested need something better than stock when the van is on. 

I'm sure I am up for new shocks now.

They come as a kit with shocks and springs. They are $2200 brand new from Shockworks. They are 50mm lower springs with different spring rates. I'm not sure of the technical details exactly. My rear has only lowered by 10mm or so I think. I will need to measure to be give you an exact figure. The car hasn't been adjusted yet either so this may change too once adjusted to suit the type of driving I do and the look I am after. ;-)

 

I have only fitted my rear ones so far and they have stiffened the car quite noticeably in comparison to my 3 year old standard setup. That is with the shocks still set to the softest setting too. So far I am very impressed.
