Just wondering if anyone knows why the headlights are on and staying on while driving (ie. can't turn them off) ?I read something about a safety pack on fleet cars...but not sure if it's true and REALLY want to know how to turn them off.Thankyou.

I checked the fuses and there is a strange wire tee'd into another in there so "I think" that wire just needs to be disconnected.I never knew some fleet cars were optioned like this til now o.O
