Yeah seen heaps of VF's also..

No HSV for a few months though I think?

I think bells and whistles wise Expensive Daewoo made a smart move with all the extras..

Because truth is 95% of people (if not more) who buy a car are probably more interested in self parking rather than how much extra power can be gained for $ spent aftermarket..

Maybe no one likes holdens in my area :S, seen a few ferarri 458 italias, audi r8's and 911 turbos but no VF to date :(. Think I might go out for a joyride cruise tomorrow and try n spot a vf

People the VF has the same 260kw motor the VE has... What makes people think its faster? All I have heard is people talking about how fast it is..

IT AIN'T FASTER DICKHEADS.... It's built better and looks better.. Wait for the GTS to come out that's the Hero car..

Pretty sure a VE SS couldn't run a 13.1 in stock trim pazz.. Could still have the same power but doesn't stop em making some overall improvements in the tune..

Didnt the VF drop weight? Actually wikipedia says 40kg lighter; same power, less weight should mean faster, no?

#16

How much faster would it be really.. 100th 200th of a second? SDP it has the identical motor out of the VE..if auto 260kw if manual 270..

#17

Don't know about building boost off the line.. theres definitely no typical "squat" which is typical when your on the brake...

#18

Yeah I've got no idea pazz.. Just having a few mates with VE's a manual couldn't break 14.3s stock and a tuned auto (just OTR and tune) ran 13.3..

Look the SS will never beat the XR6T stock... But remember the SS was in competition with the XR8 which it had the wood on...

Imagine if the Expensive Daewoo brought out a V6 Turbo and it beat the XR.. Fark would that stir up some $hit.

The xr6t has no competition from another maker here, takeaway that motor and you have a plain taxi and that's it.

That's 60ft is a bit slow, if they could do a 2.2 60, the XR would be right where I'd expect time wise.
