Hey guys, thought I would throw my ute in here as I always used to read these threads in my hunt for 400+rwkw, and hope this thread will be of use to others too!

2007 BF2 Xr6 Turbo

First tuned to 300 at 50kms, now at 88kms.

T56.

Mods;

Plazmaman plenum

Plazmaman 1000hp cooler and piping.

Stainless 4" Intake

Fkn huge KnN

Siemens 60Lb's

Process West surge, 1x044

Process west Battery Relo.

Xforce 4" Dump

Outlaw 5" cat.

Manta twin 3" Catback.

Crow springs and retainers.

Ported rear housing

15PSI actuator

Mal wood Opt3+

Results.

401rwkw on 98.

CCDDB514-5B66-4E5D-A640-857C3184E519-659

All up, I would estimate its cost around $10k give or take, with some parts costing a lot and getting some great deals on other parts.

Getting to 400 wasnt the goal but maxing the std turbo was. And we well and truly have, on 98 anyway.

Cheers.

I think it's great that you stuck with 98 Henz..could of been done easier on E85 but kudos for sticking with it.. Plus you won't have headlift issue and won't have to use 14mm head studs.

Well done Henz and very generous of you to give us the list and regular advice - I like the way the ute makes well over 350 at 5800 rpm. So some questions if you don't mind:

Did Pitlane fiddle with the cam settings in the tune or do you think that the ported housing and monster exhaust allowed for power right up in the effective rev range of these engines?

What Wheel tyre combo on the dyno?

Do you think the valve springs helped all this?

Cam timing is something ratter will have to answer. There was a cam issue causing it to not go over 380, that may have been related to me wanting over 360 with the standard catback a while ago or may be purely coincidental.

Wheels are 19x9.5 Rota's with 295/30s.

And like pazz mentioned, my goal was always to stick with 98. E85 isn't proven enough for me yet with the low kms I do I wouldn't trust it.

cam timing was played with but to no gain, although there was a mechanical issue that had to be sorted to get to the final result.

Car was also dyno'd with the pink wheels running 295/ 20's which may have kept the recorded power down a little

Might put the 17s on to knock of jets 408kw, but it would be a nightmare to get on the dyno.
