Any thoughts?
Mr_4.0 Member 1,096 Member For: 15y 8m Posted 24/11/12 08:27 AM Posted 24/11/12 08:27 AM Xcals from US don't work on our cars.
Dush73 Member 56 Member For: 15y 11m 6d Posted 24/11/12 08:34 AM Posted 24/11/12 08:34 AM Ye I get that......my point is, same product = double price in Aus....not right!
Mr_4.0 Member 1,096 Member For: 15y 8m Posted 24/11/12 08:35 AM Posted 24/11/12 08:35 AM It's a long story. But herrod don't make as much per unit as you think.

Dush73 Member 56 Member For: 15y 11m 6d Posted 24/11/12 09:32 AM Posted 24/11/12 09:32 AM Well someone is making a packet...unless the U.S like screwing us? Doesn't make business sense though. As I understand it.... if the tune is put back to stock on an existing vehicle with the Xcal, then the Xcal is unlocked/free to use on the next car, with 1 life less(5 in total)? Is that the jist of it? Or does it still need some form of unlocking? I thought they were VIN locked when your purchase one new from a Tuner/distributor?

Ever compared a Microsoft product retail price in the states vs retail here?We are getting screwed on more than xcals. 2
