I mean which one is positive and negative

Negitive will have a trace ( solid colour then a line or 2nd colour ( grey usually ) iirc

The speaker should have a + and a - on it which will tell you which wire is which but from memory I think the lighter colour is the negative in the Falcons.

ive spent nearly 5g on the stereo in my fg.. so atleast all you guys changing the 8" sub should have plenty of money left over to atleast buy some decent speakers next!! it will help drive that sub a hell of alot more with the difference in treble & midrange! make sure you f*ck around with the equaliser and all the other bullsh*t in the ICC to get the most from it though

Ok finally found this thread. I've done the install. It is better but I have found it has lost a bit of volume, probably cause 8 ohm. Will have a crack at the eq. Any other suggestions?
