I had a problem with mine...Does it only play up on hotter days? If so mine was over gassed...should have .49kg in gas..Anymore will cause the system to freeze on warmer days...

Sounds like it needs a service - especially if still under warranty. Should be really cold like you'd expect it to be - rely on your gut feeling

Thanks for the help guys.

Yeah from what everybody is saying on other forums, the FG's A/C is pretty marginal compared to every other single Falcon.

Pipe should be ice cold to the touch and not slightly cool.

I'm thinking some FG's might have had a slow leak from factory which is why there are so many people complaining that the A/C is not good enough,

or simply if just the FG's system is not good enough the way it's designed.

Next step would be asking the dealer to recover the charge and weigh it.

I found that the A/C works better for me, to just put it on AUTO, and let it do its own thing.

Rather than go through all the manual settings.

Fg ac is sh*t... Common problems, low charge no leaks, blocked tx valve, blocked evaporator, blocked condenser, by the sounds of it your tx valve or evaporator is blocked or gas is low, hard one to diagnose on a forum without a/c gauges etc

Have not have or had issues at all and I live in the tropics, hot hot hot everyday....

I put mine on air-in, and semi auto full bore and let it do its own job, then I put it in auto or leave it there, my fuel goes up 1.2 or 2.2 on idle, and the idle does not move from 700-900rpm

My aircon is on everyday..
