JETFPV Legacy Donating Member 672 Member For: 18y 10m 22d Gender: Male Posted 14/10/12 09:13 AM Posted 14/10/12 09:13 AM Had plenty of 2spd's in various car's over the year's and if it's built properly there pretty much set and forget and won't need fark all maintenance, will be pricey though and wont be nice at say 110k freeway speed's unless you run tall gear's which might sacrifice a little low end speed but not much...The 2spd I'm using was around $5500-$6k for the box alone with no converter, shifter, tran's cooler etc, it's 1800hp rated and has all the fruit though, billet Reid case, transbrake, etc etc...I will probably be using like 2.75 or 3.00 gearing as I am chasing about 170mph or more trap speed's.... 2
