At some point someone has had an issue with the 6 stacker and replaced it with a single. They have ordered a 6 stacker for me and will be installed ASAP. They drove the car an hour away for me to test drive and they have offered to come pick up the car when the stacker arrives and they are going to leave me with another vehicle for the day. Top service and are willing to admit and fix mistakes.
