Hey I hav a 2003 f6 typhoon (been converted into a typhoon from a futura including engine, suspension, brakes and interior) and im very keen on goin the e85 route.

Been talkin to a couple ppl bout it just want some more info on it, and the costs for the tune?

I also have the standard futura diff, would it handle my car takin e85 and hittin the 300+kw mark or doi need a xr6t diff/axle cradle first

Cheers guys, igor

there is no way your car will handle the e85 tune

simply put, your typhoon will be way too powerfull for the futura diff.

perhaps if you where to change to the xr6t diff things might improve but you will still have too much power for that setup as its not a typhoon diff.

what you really need to do is to swap over the wiper motor for a typhoon one and then and ONLY then will your futura typhoon will be able to handle the power of E85

yeah car need a whole ne back end to run more power so a phoon diff needs to go in. The previous owner had a whole nizpro stage 2 kit and was tuned by nizpro as well and it made 290rwk but could of easy made more, however I think he didnt was the diff was still stock.
