Nice :)

Got the same one a month ago.

edit: also got a slimline cable to let me have it plugged in and tucked away and still be able to close the cover/panel - I really should put it in

Marco showed me how he disconnected the ODBII connector from the plastic surround and sits it just inside behind the cover.

If I have a problem, I'll go back to one of the usual IT solutions for annoying problems, like bluetac the sod in place somewhere :)

Something like this one so you can effectively move the dock without moving anything and having to open the panel each time

The Bluetooth one seems to be the one most people buy:

I got the FedEx express delivery as I've had problems with US Postal Service deliveries before.

Well for me it's cheaper than the $1,300 these guys want to install gauges, which is what I originally looked at when I bought the car: http://www.topendaudio.com/ford_gauges.php

Here's the original thread that started me thinking of going the BT dongle & Torque pro route instead:

Was for me - is the only one AFAIK that has an auto off feature so it doesn't continue to drain the battery whenever connected.

Can keep it plugged in permanently and not come home to a flat battery after a week away.
