310/320rwkw sounds about right on 98 on 15/16lbs.

The cooler is a stock f6,its got the coolerworx hot and cold side pipes(for reliability), and the v8 lower airbox/snorkle(6kw?)

You should be happy just doing the basics, cat, cooler pipes and a 13lb /98 tune.Should be around the 300rwkw mark and better on fuel too.Just do your research and go to a repeatable tuner.

cheers buds,I really appreciate the info and im using the guys at blue power to tune my car,I have spoken to them and seem to be very good at what they do.

I will defiantly do my research, thanks again!

Really does depend on what you want to achieve..

5k..

Injectors, surge tank, intake kit, xcal3, E85 tune, decent tyres.

A bigger exhaust than the one you looked at would also help.

Anything up to 350/360 rwkw you could get away with the above mods without doing the full exhaust and intercooler.

If you think you want more power than that, you need to spend another $4k to get a decent full exhaust/remove port the turbo and intercooler.

350 rwkw should keep you happy, and is quick enough for the street.

thanks for the heads up,

The car wont be a daily driver but would be used as the family car on long trips, and track days when I get the time.

I just ran again at Calder Park with 245/40/18 et streets. 1st pass 4lbs off the line 11.02 @124mph 1.62 60ft.

Next run 6lbs off the line, lots of wheel spin goes into 2nd gear grips.... bang. Twisted tailshaft and broken diff coupling.

Track staff runs up, say there was oil droped on the line from the car that was in front of me!! they never seen it until after I took off !!

Thanks Calder Park.
