Hi guys,

Bought my XR6 Turbo about a year ago, been a member of Ford Forums for a long time but never really got around to posting a lot here.

I have a BA MKII XR6 Turbo, Silhouette, 6 Speed Manual. Still stock apart from a 27mm front swaybar.

I'd like to mod it more but I want to keep my warranty

I got an xr6 turbo because its a lot easier than an xr8 to pass of as a non turbo 6 (p plates), and I always thought I was a v8 guy but im getting a sore arse sitting on the fence

lol, I know what you mean. I've got an XR6 Turbo but I almost got the V8, I suppose the grass is always greener on the other side.

Driveline lash is a massive problem, but only in the manuals as far as I know.

You should be ok in an Auto

bought an 02 ba xr6T not long ago, its manual, red ect ect.

my car is fully standard but I think I have caught the mod bug as im wanting to the usuall, exhaust and so on.

Hi guy's I joined the thread a while ago but Haven't used it much till now. As I have the mod bug and been getting lots of info. I bought an FG xr6 turbo ute in ego august last year. Will be takeing the ute to bayside performance shortly. I'd like to chat with hiro f6 if your out there your car is awesome.

Hi All,

Just joined the forum and absolutely love it....

Im about to purchase my first XR6 Turbo in a months time and really bloody excited. Finally I convinced the Mrs to get rid of the Focus and buy something with more grunt. I love the BA MKII shape and style so we are going to pick up a 07,08 model BA.

Some great info on here, Ive alread spent an extra 5-10k in my mind on top of the purchase price thanks to you guys...l ..
